Where do the cost figures come from?
Published consumer cost guides, principally Angi, HomeAdvisor and HomeBlue, which aggregate contractor-reported jobs nationally. They are printed here as ranges, never as quotes, because none of them price a specific Tulsa house. A local estimate can sit outside a national range without either being wrong.

How often are the figures reviewed, and how can you tell?
