Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this website or the telephone number published on it, including the limits of what a referral publisher can be responsible for. Last reviewed 7 September 2026.
Referral service operated by BetterAds Solutions LLC. Restoration work is performed by independent providers.
What is this website, in contractual terms?
This site is published by BetterAds Solutions LLC and operates as an independent referral service. It is not a restoration contractor, holds no restoration license, employs no technicians, and performs no work. Using the site means accepting these terms as reviewed on 7 September 2026.
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, and no contract for restoration services is formed with the operator of this site at any point. A contract, if one is formed at all, is formed between you and the independent contractor you speak to.
Who is responsible for the work that gets done?
The independent contractor who receives your call is solely responsible for the work, for its quality, for its scheduling, for its pricing, and for any warranty. BetterAds Solutions LLC does not supervise, inspect, insure, guarantee or accept liability for that work.
Before authorizing work, verify the contractor yourself: confirm the company name, its insurance, and its certifications, and get the scope in writing. The choosing a company guide sets out the specific questions to ask and the contract terms worth reading twice.
Disputes about work performed, invoices, or damage caused during a job are between you and that contractor.
How should the cost figures on this site be treated?
Every figure published here is a national industry estimate drawn from named public sources, not a quote and not a price this site can offer or honor. Actual costs depend on the water category, the affected area, the materials involved and the drying time required.
The sourcing rules, the retrieval dates and the distinction between national and Tulsa-specific figures are set out on the methodology page. Where a figure is national rather than local, the page saying it says so.
No figure on this site should be relied on as a binding price. Only a written estimate from a contractor who has assessed your property can price your job.
What about the guidance and safety information published here?
Guidance on this site summarizes public standards and agency advice, including the IICRC S500 water categories and EPA moisture and mold guidance. It is general information for homeowners, not a professional assessment of your property and not legal, insurance or medical advice.
Where a situation involves live electricity, structural instability, sewage, or a risk to health, treat it as a safety matter first and follow the emergency guidance on the contact page rather than acting on general information.
What are the limits of liability and how do these terms change?
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterAds Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from work performed by a contractor, from reliance on published estimates, or from any interruption to this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page and the last-updated stamp at the foot of every page show when the site last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions about these terms go to info@betteradssolutions.com or through the contact page; how the site is funded is explained on the about page.
